Although the temperature soared to 39C, members of the CAWA still enjoyed a
happy Christmas lunch at the home of Ralph and Wendy Thomas.
Some new faces to be seen were ex members John and Mary Hart, formerly from Saltash, 97 years young Eileen Philips, from St. Just in Penwith, and a visitor Sonia Chare (nee Prisk), formerly from Redruth. Some members who have not been seen for some time also attended - Bill Fisher, formerly from St. Just and David Ellis formerly from The Isles of Scilly. It was great to see them all along, to join up with our usual stalwart members, who continue to show their appreciation for the CAWA. |
